How to book an appointment
Thank you for choosing the diagnostic imaging services at Kensington Health for your upcoming appointment.
Please note that most of our services require a referral. To book an appointment, please ask your primary care provider to fill out and fax a referral form to the clinic.
For X-rays, appointments are not required. Walk-ins are accepted between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
We are pleased to be a provider of mammograms as part of the Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP), a province-wide screening program that aims to reduce breast cancer deaths through regular screening. If you are eligible under the program, you can book a mammogram at our clinic without a referral. Currently, we do not have a waitlist at our clinic and you can be seen quickly.
