Preparing for your visit

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have changed some of our policies that will impact your visit. Rest assured, we are committed to providing our patients and staff with a safe environment while at Kensington. Please see below some of the changes to our policies at Kensington that are being taken to keep everyone safe.

You must wear a mask

When you arrive to the building, you must be wearing a mask before you. Cloth and home-made masks are acceptable.

Appointment arrival

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment in order to be screened in the lobby. There is also an increased wait time to use the elevators as we social distance. Please note, if you arrive more than 30 minutes prior to your appointments, you will be asked to return to your car until 30 minutes before your appointment.

Bringing someone to your appointment

If you arrive with friends or family, they will not be able to accompany you to your appointment.

Only patients who require mobility support, translation, or assistance due to cognitive impairment may be escorted to their appointments. Once translation is complete, those accompanying you will be asked to wait elsewhere. After your appointment, you can be reunited with your escort in the lobby of the building.

Payments

During your visit, please avoid using cash. Credit and debit payments are the preferred method of payment in order to minimize contact..
