We are thrilled to announce the launch of Kensington Health’s first ever unified strategic plan, marking a significant milestone in the journey of our organization. The 2024-27 plan represents a new chapter in our rich history, one that is filled with promise, unity, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.

You may know that Kensington’s programs were once separate entities, each with its own plan, team and even brand. Much work has been done over the last few years to unite our programs under a single, cohesive banner, allowing us to collaborate in new and innovative ways.

Today, as One Kensington, we have a unified strategic plan, which will serve as our collective roadmap, guiding us towards exceeding the expectations of the people we serve – in our community and beyond. Indeed, together, we are Amplifying Our Impact.

In addition to this unified approach, we have also embraced a new mission, vision, and set of values that will guide our actions and decisions in the years to come. They are a promise to the people we serve that we will deliver unparalleled care in the community with empathy, curiosity and integrity. We will work tirelessly to achieve our vision of a better life for everyone – a commitment that goes far beyond providing healthcare.

We encourage you to read the plan, which features five strategic pillars – or areas of focus – that will guide us for the next three years. Rooted in a commitment to community, the work we’ll undertake will help strengthen our foundation and readiness to truly soar in the years that follow.
