The building owner is making important improvements to the elevators at 340 College Street to enhance safety, reliability, and accessibility for everyone who walks through our doors.

Project Overview
- Project Start: March 9, 2026
- Estimated Completion: Summer 2026
- Construction Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
During construction, at least one elevator will remain in service at all times, though wait times may be longer than usual.
What Work is Being Done
- Three (3) elevators are being modernized, one at a time:
- Two (2) main lobby elevators
- One (1) elevator servicing the underground parking garage
Important: You may experience longer elevator wait times during peak hours.

The elevators in the building are reaching the end of their lifecycle. Once modernization is complete, you can expect:
