Lori's role is to plan and execute a financial strategy that assists Kensington in achieving its goals and strategies. Working with the Board and our corporate and individual supporters, she looks for ways to maximize Kensington's corporate assets to grow the Foundations revenues. Lori has over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance and risk management both in Canada and abroad.
Paola is an experienced not-for-profit leader, having spent more than 17 years leading teams and advancing major fundraising initiatives. As the Director of Philanthropy, she works with the Kensington Health Foundation team and others to deliver Kensington's suite of fundraising programs including local events, direct response marketing and donor engagement strategies.
Sophie joined Kensington Health in 2020 to manage the Capital Campaign for the Kensington Hospice Expansion. Sophie brings over 10 years of experience in all aspects of fundraising, as well as extensive experience in governance, administration, and strategic planning. Working closely with the CEO, as well as the Campaign Cabinet, staff, Board members, and volunteers, she will manage all aspects of the campaign, including strategy, solicitation, management, and goal-setting.
