At Kensington Gardens, we value the comfort and health of our residents, and as such are working diligently to ensure that each room is fully equipped with effective air conditioning. Currently, all 200 resident rooms at our 25 Brunswick Avenue location are fully air conditioned. At our 45 Brunswick Avenue location, the common areas are fully air conditioned, however the individual rooms rely on tempered air. We are committed to providing full air conditioning for every resident room as soon as possible, and we thank you for your understanding and patience.
