John has over 20 years of experience in healthcare and specializes in the execution of patient-focused strategies. At Kensington Health, he strives to ensure the best-quality patient, resident and community care, while providing overall strategic direction.
William is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in developing and leading teams that support organizations to execute strategically while cultivating a culture of quality, measurement and a focus on customer experience.
Bill joined Kensington Health in 2000, bringing a combination of for-profit and non-profit experience. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Kensington's long-term care home, hospice and community care service. Bill focuses on providing a positive experience for residents, families, staff and all that are connected with Kensington.
Donna has over 40 years of experience in acute and ambulatory care, and has been a part of the Kensington team since 2006. She has been a key member of the team that built Kensington's eye care and surgery centre, screening clinic, and adding diagnostic imaging and tissue processing to Kensington's ambulatory care programs. Donna's role is to ensure that Kensington provides patients with easy access to quality and efficient care.
With a vision to improve health and wellness outcomes of Canadians and 20 years in multiple sectors across the not-for-profit spectrum, Corinne has extensive leadership experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, advocacy, and public policy. She leads the Foundation by developing a strategy to support Kensington’s programs and services, building brand and engaging community to expand our network of supporters.
Hector has over 15 years of experience in information technology roles across different industries, and has spent nine years at Kensington Health, leading technology implementation by developing strategic plans for sustainability and operations. At Kensington, Hector plans, develops, and implements cutting edge information technology solutions, while ensuring the highest level of efficiency in a client-centred environment.
Justine is a passionate strategic planning professional with aspirations to leave a positive lasting impact on our healthcare system. She helps shape the future of Kensington by developing and implementing exciting new strategies to help people access the very best healthcare in their community.
James has over 16 years of Human Resources (HR) experience. At Kensington, he oversees the HR department where he looks after health and safety, payroll, recruitment, employee and staff relations, employee engagement and employee wellness.
Darla has over 30 years of experience in healthcare, and has worked at Kensington for 18 years. At Kensington, Darla works with all of Kensington's services, ensuring the best quality outcomes and performances for the organization.
Anna has been working in the long-term care sector for over 25 years. At Kensington, over the past 14 years, she leads a dynamic care team that supports quality improvement practices and evidence based approaches. Anna is passionate about innovation and strives to ensure that each resident’s experience promotes a high quality of life in a safe and a home like environment.
Nicoletta has over 30 years of experience in health care, and has been part of the Kensington Gardens family for the last 17 years. At Kensington, she provides management and leadership to the nursing department, promotes excellence in resident centered care and ensures a safe, comfortable, home-like environment for Kensington's residents.
Nadine has been working in hospice palliative care for the past 13 years. She aims to ensure that those that are dying live well in their place of choice. Nadine’s is currently pursuing her PhD in palliative care with the hope of enhancing the healthcare system based on evidence-based research. Her clinical practice is underpinned by her passion of ensuring excellence within the provision of community palliative care.
Christine has a Master’s degree in Experimental Pathology and 19 years of experience in tissue donation and transplantation. At the Eye Bank, she provides overall direction for the program with a focus on providing high quality and safe tissue for transplant, research and education.
Mary has vast experience in health care, ranging from intensive care, transplant, trauma and education. At Kensington, Mary oversees the operation of the Kensington Screening Clinic, and dedicates her time to improving access and experience for patients requiring screening colonoscopy and gastroscopy.
Debbie has been working with Kensington Health since 2001, and has over 20 years of experience in the long-term care sector. Her professional practice is directed by her commitment to excellence, quality and dignified person-centered care.
Carol joined Kensington Health in 2016. She provides corporate oversight to Kensington's charitable corporations and assists the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership in their fiduciary duties.
Ann has been studying and working in ophthalmology for over 9 years, with a background in ophthalmic medical technology. At Kensington Health, she manages the operation of the Vision and Research Centre Clinic. All of Kensington's programs and research endeavors support the mandate of providing patients with the best quality health care services and experience
As the Manger of Kensington Eye Institute, Thuong supports Kensington's organizational goals by providing patients with high-quality healthcare services. She has over 17 years of experience in healthcare and 13 years of experience in Clinical Nursing as an Operation Registered Nurse at the Kensington Eye Institute.
Mano has more than 12 years of experience coordinating and assisting in research projects. His role at Kensington Health is to expand the quality and quantity of the research programs across all the services.
