Please speak to your co-ordinator to find out if visiting our infusion clinic would be a good option for you to receive your medication.
In addition to offering colonoscopy and gastroscopy procedures for cancer screening, we also provide an infusion clinic for people receiving medication for the treatment of Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis.
For these diseases, certain medications such as infliximab (Remicade) need to be administered into the vein directly (intravenously) while being supervised by our KSC Staff.
To make the infusion clinic visit as comfortable as possible, patients can relax in easy chairs while receiving their infusion. We also have cable TV and complementary Wi-Fi, along with snacks and beverages.
