The Kensington Hospice care team helps you get the most out of each day. We look after your needs, providing comfort and eliminating pain, so that each day can be lived as fully as possible. Our home-like setting gives you an alternative to a hospital, combined with 24-hour care not available at home.
Our hospice palliative care team includes physicians, nurses, a social worker, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, pharmacists and other health care professionals, as well as volunteers.
