We understand the stress associated with moving and we will do our best to help your move go as smoothly as possible. But you can be accepted to the hospice at any time and you should be prepared to move to the hospice on short notice. We will usually require you to arrive at The Kensington Hospice within 24 hours of acceptance.
You, or your caregiver, are encouraged to keep in touch with us so we can monitor your status and adjust your priority as necessary. Our team is always happy to answer any questions you have.
