The Residential Care Program provided by The Kensington Hospice is offered as an alternative to staying at home or in the hospital for end of life care. You are eligible to apply for a referral if you are over the age of 19, with a valid Ontario Health Card (OHIP), and a life expectancy of three months or less.
The hospice has 10 private rooms (with shared washroom) and is available to adults living with any life-limiting illness.
