A Message from Hugh "The North Building Resident Council was founded on April 7th, 2005, and since that time, has been meeting monthly to give residents the opportunity to socialize while at the same time bringing their unresolved problems to the attention of Management, so that appropriate action can be taken. Meetings are often a source of useful information when speakers are invited to attend. Kensington Gardens’ goal is high quality care for all of us, and during my years as president, I have found that participation in the Residents’ Council to be a very effective way of helping them to achieve that goal. I therefore encourage all who can to attend as a way of saying thank you for the good care they are receiving." Hugh Jackson President North Resident Council
