If you need to be referred for corneal cross-linking, contact one of the following cornea specialists' private offices and they can arrange a referral to our clinic by fax at 416-928-5075.
Cross-linking is a funded procedure for patients who have an Ontario health card. Although your corneal cross-linking procedure is at the surgery centre (Kensington Eye Institute) on the sixth floor of the building, you need to book your appointment through Kensington Vision & Research Centre. Please contact our eye clinic to confirm your arrival and procedure time.
You need to confirm your pre and post-operative eye drops with your surgeon's office. Also, if you need to confirm your post-operative appointment, contact your surgeon's office directly.
